R. Wilford (Will) Fraley, III: R. Wilford (Will) Fraley, III was born in Fayetteville, Tennessee. He received his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro, TN in 1996 and his law degree from The Nashville School of Law in 2004. In October of 2004, Mr. Fraley was admitted to the Tennessee Bar. He has practiced with Eischeid Law Office since October of the same year. His areas of practice include criminal defense litigation (all charges including but not limited to, DUI, Simple and Felony Possession, Domestic Violence charges, and any other criminal violation including Juvenile Defense), family law (divorce, post-divorce, custody, children born out of wedlock), Personal Injury representing the injured party and Workers Compensation representing the injured worker. Mr. Fraley is a current member of the Tennessee Association for Justice, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the Rutherford County Bar Association. Mr. Fraley is an avid member of the Blue Raider Athletic Association.
